Nexia, under the direction of its CEO, Richard D. Surber, is a diversified holding company. Its entertainment division produces movie projects from start to finish and has contracts for the distribution of third party projects. The Landis Lifestyle Salons owns and operates two first class Aveda hair salons in the greater Salt Lake City area. The first salon opened in 2005, the second in 2010 and plans for up to two new salons in the Draper Utah and the west side of the Salt Lake Valley are being developed.
